Who Is Dr. Rachel Stummer 

Dr. Rachel, ND graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and is registered with the College of Naturopaths Ontario (CONO). She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and is currently practicing in Newmarket, Toronto and Brampton Ontario, Canada.

Naturopathic doctors are fundamentally medically trained in understanding a well functioning healthy body and state. Dr. Rachel provides a thorough intake and treatment plan using natural modalities that uniquely serve patient goals. She considers the root cause pertaining to medical concerns or mental/emotional goals. She uses a combination of naturopathic healing tools to gently coerce the body and mind into greater balance.

Her beliefs are rooted in the idea that health is an interplay between the body, mind and spirit. She regularly integrates hands on treatments such as Acupuncture, Cupping therapy, Soft Tissue Massage with Acupressure, with other skills such as Mind-Body Coaching, Energetic Medicine and Emotional Releasing Technique.

Dr. Rachel works with patients dynamically to both educate and empower a healthier life. Providing resources to make informed health choices and build a strong foundation for success. While empowering and counselling patients to strive for their best version of themselves.
